Cromwell Direct Property Fund Periodic Withdrawal Opportunity (Liquidity Event)

The second full Liquidity Event for the Cromwell Direct Property Fund (the Fund) was conducted in July 2025.

Withdrawal requests received during the Notification Period have exceeded 50% of the Fund’s total units on issue. In line with the Fund’s Constitution, Cromwell Funds Management has now commenced the process of realising assets, leading to the eventual wind-up of the Fund. Net proceeds will be distributed to Unitholders.
