The building sits on a 1,722 sqm parcel of land and has a total net lettable area of 20,223 sqm with rental income underpinned by a diverse mix of tenants.

Having recently undergone approximately $15 million of works, the ground floor lobby, lift lobbies and additional existing amenities have been refurbished, and end-of-trip facilities have been added to the site. As a result, 100 Creek Street currently holds a 5.0-Star NABERS Energy rating¹.
