Terms and Conditions of Entry

Promotion and Promoter Details

• The name of the promotion is “Help shape the future of investment survey lucky draw” (Promotion).
• The promoter of the Promotion is Cromwell Corporation Limited ABN 44 001 056 980 of Level 10, 100 Creek Street, Brisbane, Queensland 4000 (Promoter).

Promotion Period

• For each Help shape the future of investment survey, the Promotion Period will be from the Promotion Start Date to the Promotion Close Date (inclusive) below.
  • Promotion Start Date: 7 April 2025
  • Promotion Close Date: 11.59pm AEST Thursday, 24 April 2025 
• Entries will not be accepted after the Promotion Close Date.
• Information regarding the “Help shape the future of investment survey” is available here.

Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who complete the survey and provide valid contact details by 1pm AEST Friday, 25 April 2025 (Eligible Entrants).
• The following persons are ineligible to enter the Promotion:
  • persons under the age of 18;
  • employees, directors and contractors of the Promoter or any related entity of the Promoter; and
  • immediate family members of employees, directors and contractors of the Promoter or any related entity of the Promoter.

Entry

• To enter, Eligible Entrants must complete and submit a response in the “Help shape the future of investment survey” during the Promotion Period. On the survey, participants in the Promotion must complete all survey questions and submit the survey as instructed.
• Only one (1) entry per person is permitted in the Promotion.

Prizes and winning

• There will be 3 prizes and up to 3 prize winners for each “Help shape the future of investment survey”, with a total prize pool of AU$300.00.
• For each prize draw, the winner will receive one (1) $100.00 Visa gift card (Prize).
• Selection method: One prize winner will be drawn at random by the Promoter on or about 2:00pm AEST each Friday of each week of the Promotion Period from Participants who have submitted a survey response by 11:59pm AEST the day before the draw.
• Announcement of Prize Winners: The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to notify the prize winner by no later than 5:00pm AEST one business day after the draw.

Promotion and Prize conditions

• This Promotion is not a game of skill. The winning entry will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
• The winner will be notified by email and telephone using contact details provided on their entry form.
• The Prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
• The Prize must be taken as offered and may not be varied.

Other conditions

• These Terms and Conditions of Entry take precedence to any words or representations that may be printed or expressed on any entry form or materials relating to the Promotion.
• All entries into the Promotion become the sole property of the Promoter.
• The Promoter will not be liable for the Prizes being lost, stolen or damaged after the Prizes have been released to the winners.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entry form in relation to the Promotion not received for any reason during the Promotion Period. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entry forms.
• The entrant agrees to indemnify the promoter against all claims and costs by third parties arising from a breach of the warranty set out in this condition.
• The Promoter is entitled to amend, edit, select, crop, retouch, add to or delete from any part of the submitted entry.
• The winner must, at the Promoter’s reasonable request and only on the day that the Promotion Period concludes, participate in any promotion activity (such as publicity and photography) relating to the winning of the Prize, free of charge. The winner of the Promotion consents to the Promoter using their name and image in any future promotional material.
• By entering this competition, entrants agree to receive relevant communications from Cromwell Property Group, including news, publications, promotions, events, offers, competitions, product information, advertisements and updates.
• The information entrants provide (Personal Information) will be used by the Promoter in line with these Terms and Conditions of Entry and the Cromwell Property Group Privacy Policy available at: www.cromwellpropertygroup.com.
