In addition to our 23 years of funds management experience, we use the in-depth knowledge and capabilities of Cromwell Property Group’s (ASX:CMW) property team to maximise the performance of our unlisted funds, as well as the knowledge-based edge provided by the rigorous research process of Phoenix Portfolios to outperform across each of our listed funds.
Our suite of funds offers exposure to commercial property throughout Australia either directly via our unlisted investment opportunities or via an investment in listed property securities which hold underlying investments in assets across all commercial property sectors.
