The flagship Cromwell Property Fund (CPF) has been designed to cater for investor demand for open-ended, unlisted property funds and aims to provide stable, tax deferred¹, monthly distributions from a growing property portfolio. Units in the CPF are issued by Cromwell Property Securities Limited ABN 11 079 147 809.
 

Cromwell Phoenix Property Securities Fund


 

The unlisted Cromwell Phoenix Property Securities Fund has been established to take advantage of strong buying opportunities in the Australian Real Estate Investment Trusts sector (A-REITs, previously LPTs).

The proportion of distributions that are tax deferred is dependent on a number of factors (for example building amortisation and depreciation of plant and equipment) and will vary from year to year.  Deferred tax may be payable, in whole or in part, on the sale, transfer or redemption of units in the CPF (ARSN 119 080 410).
