Gymnasium area under construction.
Office glazing and paintwork in progress.
Atrium 3 internal staircase under construction.
Road works in progress on Waterloo Street to the right. Cunningham Street now officially open to the left.

Retail area 1 external finishes and ground works for walkways are in progress.
External glazing has now been completed.
