Due to the continued success of our business we are looking to appoint a Facility Manager to manage our new 30,000 sqm 6 Star Green Star building at Newstead Riverpark.

 

The successful candidate will manage through the post construction and defects period to the delivery of the building. The Facility Manager will also be responsible for:

 

  • All aspects of Facilities Management for the building, including managing plant and equipment, maintaining building security, managing contractors and assisting with the preparation of budgets;
  • Environmental and Sustainability Management, including Energy, Water and Waste Management, Environmental Planning and NABERS/Green Star ratings;
    Risk Management;
  • Building and maintaining tenant relationships;
  • Liaising with the Property & Project Manager to manage all CAPEX works, within budget;
  • Budget and expense management and reporting; and
    Managing the OH&S function for the building.

 

The successful candidate will have 5 years experience in Building and Facilities Management, qualifications in and/or experience with Green Star and NABERS rated buildings and an ability to deliver and implement Facilities Management processes.
