Geoffrey Levy

Non-executive Chairman

Geoffrey has extensive public company executive and directorship experience and is the former Chief Executive Officer and current Deputy Chairman of Investec Bank (Australia) Ltd. He is currently Chairman of Speciality Fashion Group Limited and MZL Investments Pty Ltd and a Director of STW Group Limited. He is also Deputy Chair of the Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority. He was appointed Non-executive Chairman of Cromwell in April 2008.

Paul Weightman

Executive Director

Paul has been the Executive Chairman and subsequently Managing Director and CEO of Cromwell Property Group since 1988. As one of the Group's founding Directors, he has seen the Group grow from a start-up business to an ASX listed group with assets valued at more than $1.7b. Before his appointment as CEO of the Group, Paul practised in Australia and internationally as a solicitor for more than 20 years. He holds degrees in commerce and law and has extensive experience in property development and investment, financial structuring, public listings, mergers and acquisitions, revenue matters and joint ventures. Paul has acted as a director of companies in the property, energy and retail sectos.

Daryl Wilson

Executive Director

Daryl is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and has many years experience in senior finance roles, including the last 8 years with Cromwell. Daryl has led the development of the group’s funds management capabilities and has primary responsibility for the finance and funds management functions. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Diploma of Financial Planning.

Richard Foster

Non-executive Director

Richard is a licensed real estate agent with substantial experience in the real property industry, specialising in large-scale property acquisition for most of his professional life. Richard has also been closely involved with the acquisition and marketing of direct property investments valued in excess of $1.5 billion. He is a founding Director of CPS and has had substantial input to the growth and development of the business and its investment products.

Robert Pullar

Non-executive Director

Robert is a Director of the Brisbane based property development company, Citimark Properties Pty Ltd. He was previously a partner with chartered accounting firm Douglas Heck and Burrell (now known as Pitcher Partners), specialising in property investment, taxation and corporate reorganisation. Robert is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Michelle McKellar

Non-executive Director

Ms McKellar has a wealth of property and portfolio management experience having held a number of senior positions with CB Richard Ellis throughout Asia Pacific and the Jen Group of Companies, overseeing the development and management of a significant retail portfolio. She is a senior member of the Property and Land Economy Institute, a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is Managing Director of her private property companies McKellar Property Group and MAP Group. Ms McKellar is a member of Cromwell’s Nomination and Remuneration, Audit and Risk and Investment Committees.



David Usasz

Non-executive Director

Prior to his appointment to the board of Cromwell Property Group, David was a 20 year partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers and involved in merger and acquisition advice, accounting and financial consultancy and specialising in corporate re-organisations. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.



Marc Wainer

Non-executive Director

Mr Wainer has more than 35 years experience in the property industry in South Africa, including founding Investec Property Group, Investec Bank’s property division. Marc is joint Chief Executive Officer and an Executive Director of listed South African property group Redefine Properties which he founded. He is also of UK based Ciref Plc, an AIM-listed property investment company which holds 13% of Cromwell Property Group’s securities, and a non-executive director of Hyprop Investments Limited, South Africa’s premium listed retail property fund.



Michael Watters

Non-executive Director

Mr Watters is a registered professional engineer with a BSc Eng. (Civil) Degree and an MBA. He has over 25 years experience in the investment banking and real estate industries. He has held directorships of some of South Africa´s top-rated listed property funds including Sycom Property Fund and Hyprop Investments Limited. He is CEO of the Redefine International Group.
